What to do Memorial Day Weekend 2014?

Well, if you are within 130 miles of Columbus, GA I recommend the following itinerary:

Friday 5/23/14 check in the Downtown Marriott and walk to the 1000 Block of Broadway (Free Concert Night)

Saturday 5/24/14 have breakfast at Iron Bank or Plucked Up, next spend an 1-2 hours at Market Days (1000 block of Broadway)

Grab lunch outside at one of the many restaurants downtown. Then walk over to the offices of Whitewater Express and book a trip down the Chattahoochee River. Remember to ask about Low Flow or High Flow. Watch video from last years tips on what to do for Memorial Day at the bottom of this page.
